Chef Tommy Williams
Tommy arguably has the most important and
demanding job on the boat--chef. He joined
the Eagle in 2003 and has been winning rave
reviews from our passengers ever since. His
amazing cooking is all from scratch and
nobody looses an ounce while on the Eagle!
Fresh seafood and homemade desserts are
diver
favorites.
Tommy is a Florida Culinary
Institute graduate and brings to the boat
more than a decade of restaurant experience.
Tommy has always been a consummate
fisherman and boater and owns a 28 foot Mako
for fishing offshore during his spare time. |
